These terms govern your use of The Pips Project. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What this service is

The Pips Project is a trading journal and analytics tool. It records trades you have already taken, organises your notes about them, and computes statistics from that history.

Not financial advice

The Pips Project does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Every figure the application displays is a description of trades you already placed. Past performance does not predict future results. Trading forex and CFDs carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Decisions you make after reading anything in this application are yours alone, and you should consult a qualified, licensed financial adviser before acting.

Market data in the Scanner

Prices and changes in the Scanner come from a third party, are indicative, may be delayed, and are not tradable quotes or order-execution prices. This is covered in full by our Market Data & Risk Disclaimer.

AI-generated analysis

The review features produce automated analysis, not professional advice. Language models make mistakes: they can misread a chart, misattribute a cause, or state something confidently and be wrong. Treat every AI output as a prompt to check something yourself, never as a conclusion. We are not liable for trading decisions made on the basis of AI-generated text.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in address secure.
• One account per person. Do not share access with others.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

MetaTrader auto-sync

Auto-sync runs through a small agent you install on your own computer (or a MetaTrader plugin). It logs into your account on your machine and only reads your closed trades — we never trade on your behalf, and our servers never connect to your broker. We recommend using a read-only investor password where your broker offers one. You are responsible for confirming that automated access is permitted for your account; some brokers and prop firms prohibit it. We are not affiliated with MetaQuotes, any broker, or any prop firm, and are not responsible for their platforms, outages, or decisions about your account.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated bulk access, or reverse engineering.
• No attempts to reach data belonging to another user.
• No reselling or redistributing the service.

Subscriptions and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment details.
• Pro is ₹899.00 per month or ₹7,999.00 per year, in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Cancel at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property and your data

The software, design and branding are ours. Your trading data is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it back to you as part of providing the service. Export it or delete it whenever you like.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, and the Free plan carries no service level commitment. Features may change as the product develops.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close yours at any time from Settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
